Account · Connection · Subscription · Refunds

For account questions or connection troubleshooting, submit a ticket through the user panel. Keep the issue and relevant records in one conversation so support can see the context and you can track progress.

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. If you already have an account, sign in before opening the ticket page.

Please use the user panel ticket system for now. No working email address or Telegram contact has been announced, so this page does not link to either channel.

What to Include Before You Submit

Describe what happened first, then include relevant records. Complete details can reduce follow-up questions.

Connection and Client Issues

Tell us your platform, the error shown in the client, the route you selected, and the network you were using when the issue occurred. Also say whether all access is affected or only a particular website or app.

If you have updated the subscription, switched routes, or reconnected, include what happened afterward. Keep the error visible in screenshots and hide personal information.

Subscriptions, Orders, and Refunds

Tell us which plan to check, the order status, and what you need help with. For payment questions, you can include the order record and payment method. VPNUO accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT; attach relevant proof to the ticket if needed.

VPNUO offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Include the relevant order and your refund request. See the Terms of Service for details; track progress in the ticket replies.

Do not share your account password, payment password, full subscription link, or access token in a ticket or screenshot. If more troubleshooting is needed, add redacted information to the original ticket while keeping the full sequence of events clear.

Things to Check First

For simple questions, start with the relevant guide. Keep issues that need support review in the original ticket.

Should I submit another ticket if I haven't received a reply?

First, check the status and any replies in your original ticket. Add new error messages or troubleshooting results there so everything stays in one place. There is no fixed response time; follow the progress shown in your ticket.

Do I need to submit a ticket just to ask about plans?

Start with plan pricing to compare monthly subscriptions, data packages, and data rules. If you still have a question about your account or order, explain the issue in a ticket.

Where should I start if I haven't set up the client yet?

Start with the quick-start guide. Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel. Sign in to download for Windows, macOS, Android, or Linux; iOS availability follows the active plan rules shown in the panel. If you run into an error during setup, include its message in a ticket.
