Account and order records
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all that is needed. Email is not required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address when contacting support, it is used only to handle that request and for any necessary follow-up. Do not include passwords, payment credential keys, or full subscription links in support tickets.
To identify accounts, provide subscriptions, and verify payment results, the service processes account identifiers, information needed for authentication, plan status, aggregated data-usage totals, and order records. Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and transaction reference information. They are used for delivery, reconciliation, refunds, and dispute handling, not to infer users' browsing interests.
No-logs policy and connection data
VPNUO does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history. It does not create browsing profiles that link an account to specific destinations. Aggregated data-usage totals required for subscription billing do not include a list of visited websites.
The service does not retain individual connection histories, including source IP addresses, destination addresses, or connection start and end times that can be linked to an account. Temporary state needed to maintain communications exists only during an active connection and is released when the connection ends; it is not archived as historical logs. Troubleshooting uses only necessary error categories and aggregated operational information. Diagnostic information submitted by users is handled as support data.
Usage analytics and local storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, navigation clicks, and use of links to the account panel so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics cover interactions with the official website, not off-site content accessed through international routes. Do not put account passwords or subscription credentials in website URL parameters.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain sign-in status and save language preferences and necessary interface choices. Users can restrict or clear this data in their browser settings; after clearing it, they may need to sign in again and restore their preferences. Signing out and clearing browser data do not delete server-side account or order records.
Third-party payments and required disclosures
The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider or payment network, whose own data-handling rules apply. VPNUO receives only the payment result and transaction reference information needed to verify an order, and does not ask users for their payment account passwords.
To complete payments, respond to user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations, the service shares relevant information only when necessary and does not sell account data. Payment verification or refund processing may require sharing an order identifier and transaction information with the payment provider. Support will not request information unrelated to the matter.
Retention periods and deletion requests
Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained for the periods necessary for reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Support materials are deleted or de-identified once a request and any necessary review are complete. Retention periods vary according to the purpose of processing; temporary connection state is not turned into long-term history.
Users can sign in to the account panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account control must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may affect subscription use; order data that must be retained by law will be restricted to that purpose and removed when the retention requirement ends. If an order dispute is still in progress, the scope of any impact will be explained.
Policy updates and privacy requests
When this policy is updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the month shown as the last update will be changed. Significant changes to data use, disclosure, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the account panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as applicable.
For questions about data handling, submit a privacy request through the support page or an account-panel ticket, and specify the relevant account and issue. The Terms of Service explain the rules for using the service. This policy covers VPNUO's data-handling practices only; third-party payment pages and other websites users choose to visit are governed by their own privacy policies.
